Our Spa Like A Boss includes training to help individuals understand and excel in the spa industry.

 Students will learn about different types of spa treatments and therapies offer at Snatched Beauty such as techniques, body wraps, facials, aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, and more. They will explore the benefits, contraindications, and appropriate applications of each treatment.

 Spa Management and Operations is necessary in this industry we will provide knowledge of the business side of running a spa. Topics may include spa design and layout, equipment selection, staff management, customer service, marketing strategies, financial management, and legal considerations.

How to maintain a clean and safe environment is essential in the spa industry. Students learn about proper sanitation practices, infection control, sterilization techniques, and health and safety regulations.

We will teach students how to conduct thorough client assessments, including health history, lifestyle factors, and individual needs. They also learn how to communicate effectively with clients, provide appropriate recommendations, and address any concerns or contraindications.

 Students learn about the professional conduct expected in a spa setting, including proper attire, communication skills, ethical standards, and maintaining client confidentiality.

We will focus on developing skills to enhance their spa business. It will cover topics such as identifying target markets, creating spa packages and promotions, retailing products, and building customer loyalty.
